Altitude website planned outage on 27 February – 1 March 2021

The Altitude website will be undergoing a facelift and will be unavailable from 6am Saturday, 27 February to 7am Monday, 1 March 2021. During this period the Altitude Rewards Contact Centre will also be unavailable.


A new way to access your Altitude Rewards Account

From 1 March 2021 (extended from 11 October 2020), the ability to sign in to your Altitude Rewards Account via altituderewards.com.au is being removed and online account access will instead only be available via Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App.

You’ll still be able to call the Altitude Rewards Centre for assistance.

For American Express® Westpac Altitude Card holders, if you do not have another Westpac account or access to Westpac Online Banking, you’ll need to call the Altitude Rewards Centre to manage your Altitude Rewards Account.

For now, there’s no change and you can continue to redeem your points by signing in to the Altitude website or calling the Altitude Rewards Centre on 1300 887 820.
